Core Processes

We create data collection tools, databases, and dashboards to present analytics to senior staff, line managers, and frontline executors. We create data controls and validation procedures to limit the chances of data errors (intentional or accidental), and identify any errors that do occur.

Deliverables: We produce data collection tools, databases, and dashboards, catering to senior staff, line managers, and frontline personnel. We document the data architecture we've created using process flows, ERD diagrams and data catalogs.

Call Center

We establish systems for customer/beneficiary calls to your new call center, including workflows, analytics, hardware recommendations, and software recommendations and set up.

Deliverables: We produce workflows, recommend software, set up the software, document the data architecture we've created, and create training materials for your team.

HR
